From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The Slingshot was clean, well-maintained, and an absolute blast to drive along the seawall and around the island. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before we hit the road. You can tell they really care about customer experience and safety while still making sure you have a great time. If you’re visiting Galveston or even a local looking for something fun and different, this is 100% worth it. Hands down one of the best ways to enjoy the island — we’ll definitely be back! Not only did the staff not judge me (out loud), but my guy actually brought it BACK to me. Do you understand how rare that is? In 2025, people don’t even return shopping carts! That right there is A+ service, top-tier, good-karma-coming-your-way energy. These are folks you can TRUST — the type of people who’d hold your wallet, your secrets, and maybe even your edges if you asked nicely. Highly recommend. 10/10. The vehicles were super well maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and even helped us with sightseeing locations over the phone while we had the rentals. As a side venture she set up a Slingshot rental for the day with these folks (ostensibly to get it out of my system). Demetrius assisted us in getting set up. After some brief paperwork and a quick safety review, we were on our way. This is a real thrill to try and the folks here made it easy to do. If I had anything to gripe about it was the range restrictions. I would have liked to go a bit further in my exploration, however I found enough to fully enjoy the experience. This is a great time, reasonably priced with a great sales team. I strongly recommend them P.S. - my wife’s plan did not work.
